Our robust results consistent with our theory. Managerial Companies often faced new problems, represent opportunity organizational improvements. But how different types effectiveness has remained unclear. Studying occurring foreign we find effectiveness. Two reasons explain this result: lack necessary understanding subsidiaries' contexts; diminishes active participation employees. The negative relationship strong when services (as opposed internal processes). Furthermore, mitigate consequences managers' involvement.
